  • Why should I sign up for this program?

    This is our new method for making hotel reservations. It is convenient and easy and allows you to charge your reservation to our new IU Hotel Credit Card. You no longer need to use your personal credit card.
  • What information do I need to sign up for the program?

    You will need your IU Email address, Phone # and Department Code. You will also be asked to create a password.
  • What information do I need to make a University business hotel reservation?

    Once you have signed up, you need to fill out a Department Travel Authorization form and submit it to Travel Management Services either via campus mail to Poplars 120, BL or by fax to 812.855.8866. You will need an Account # and Trip ID # to book your reservation.
  • Can someone else make my hotel reservation for me?

    Yes. Once you have signed up for the program, your IU Travel Arranger will be able to make reservations for you. Of course, you will still be able to make your own reservations should you choose to do so.
  • What information do I need to make a reservation for a non-employee?

    You will need an Account # and a Disbursement Voucher #.
  • Will I be able to view current and past hotel reservations?

    Yes. Every time you log in to the website, you will immediately be taken to your IU Hotel Home Page. This page will summarize all your hotel activity, as well as allow you to update your profile or change your password.
  • How do I cancel or change my reservation?

    You will be able to cancel or change your reservation from your IU Hotel Home Page. To make changes to your reservation, first, cancel your existing reservation. Then simply make a new reservation with the changes you desire.
  • Can I make personal hotel reservations through this program?

    Yes. You will need to charge your personal credit card. Your IU Travel Arranger can make these reservations for you as well.
  • Who do I talk to if I have questions regarding this program?

  • Can I use the IU Hotel Program and still get the rate offered through the conference I am attending?

    Currently, we cannot offer the rate you get through the conference. However, we advise you to check the rate offered through the IU Hotel Program since they often may be equal to or less than the conference rate.
